The Centre Street Project completed the second phase of a full main-floor renovation, encompassing the kitchen, breakfast nook, bathroom, and two bedrooms. The kitchen introduces deep green cabinetry — replacing a previous black finish — creating warmth and personality while maintaining a classic foundation. A custom range hood provides a tailored architectural element that anchors the space and adds subtle architectural presence.
The breakfast nook features a built-in bench paired with a custom oak table designed for everyday use while maintaining a refined, layered aesthetic. The bedrooms retain their vintage character through recovered furniture, vertical shiplap on walls and ceilings, and a cohesive putty-neutral palette that ties the spaces together. The result is a renovation that balances personality, practicality, and material choices intended to age gracefully over time.
